At Pinnacle Collectibles, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished hardware and collectibles. Due to the vintage and customized nature of our inventory, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure a fair return process and to protect the integrity of our modified devices.
Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Original Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

No Tampering (Hardware & Consoles): For refurbished and modified handheld consoles, any warranty seals or tamper-evident stickers must remain fully intact. If a console has been opened, disassembled, or modified by the customer, the return will be voided. We meticulously document the internal components, serial numbers, and specific mod parts (such as IPS kits and custom motherboards) prior to shipping to prevent part-swapping.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Items explicitly marked as "As-Is" or "For Parts/Repair."

Modified & Refurbished Hardware Guarantee
We take pride in our refurbishing process. If you experience a functional defect with a modified component (e.g., a faulty replacement screen or a battery issue) within the first 90 days of receipt, please contact us.
Please note: This guarantee covers our workmanship and the new components used in the refurbishment. It does not cover damage from drops, water exposure, or normal wear and tear on vintage OEM motherboards.
How to Initiate a Return

Email Us: Contact our support team at pinnaclecollectibles@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is defective or damaged, please include clear photos.

Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for sending your package.

Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item arrived defective or we made an error). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-ticket consoles, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds & Restocking Fees
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for returned functional electronics and consoles to cover testing and recertification labor.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
