Packaging & Handling
We take the preservation of our inventory seriously. All consoles, hardware, and delicate items are securely packaged with anti-static materials and ample padding to ensure they arrive in the exact condition they left our facility.
International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully inspect and securely pack every item before it ships. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at pinnaclecollectibles@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
